Review on Podoy ZE 208S Ceiling Control Switch by Eric Williamson

There is a number on this switch, there are numbers on your old switch, take a piece of paper and a pen, write the number 1 and the color of the wire under this number. The old switch makes all 4 wires, then you take the channel locks, pinch something and break the old switch, these wires are already soldered to make them stiff and they will go straight into the new switch slots just like the old ones. Read this first as they don't have shift instructions. this switch worked great.
