The equipment is excellent. I wish the G-keys were a separate product as they sometimes get in the way. September. 09/23/2019: On the other hand, the software and firmware needs a lot of improvement and I would not recommend this keyboard. December. November 8, 2019: Firmware updates fixed many of the early reliability issues. Here are a few issues I encountered: 1. When the keyboard goes to idle mode, the macro keys don't work until you restart G Hub. (Corrected on 11/25/2019)2. After keyboard inactivity, the current profile is reset and you have to return to it manually. (Corrected on 11/25/2019)3. Macro keys do not work with embedded profiles.* Updated 12/07/2019. A firmware update has been released that addresses issues related to idle states. I've edited this review to reflect the current status of the product.
