Review on 🍳 Nordic Ware Ebleskiver Pan - For Easy Danish Cooking by Virgilio Patton

Obsessed with this pan. Saw a video about Korean street food in the middle of the night (thanks to Insomnia and TikTok 🤦🏽‍♀️). This man made some stuffed egg balls that looked amazing... OH AMAZING! Now that Revane has been targeted by me via Facebook (major collusion?), I came across this - the Ebelskiver Pan. Dutch, Danish, Scandinavian? for apple slices. I don't regret this purchase one bit. (FYI, I love kitchen gadgets...) The eggs were evacuated but delicious! Even cold, from the fridge. I even put in my chaffel mix (eggs, almond flour and cheese), fantastic! Today I made sweet Ebleskivers - pancake batter filled with bananas and chocolate chips (for a roommate). A persimmon I bought in Long Beach last week only had enough batter for two. SO GOOD! The fruit really keeps you warm. Great option for pancakes. Easy to prepare in portions, just keep warm on a serving platter in the oven while you cook what you need.
