The attorney's are very knowledgeable about their field of practice. They also have great customer service skills as well which helps when you know they're listening but not always sure if there will be follow up from them or not! I wish that we could pay more attention during conferences so it was easier to understand what questions were being asked/answered-but this may just come down to my lack of experience with legal work at such high levels. We use leclairryan because of its reputation in working hard to get us good results (and winning) while still keeping costs within budget.
