This cooler is by far the best cooler I have ever tried, the size is not bad, the noise level is acceptable and the cooling performance can be measured. basically the perfect size for a 17 inch laptop. So if you can use a 17-inch laptop on your lap, you can drive it on your lap if you need to. I've also added a snapshot of my laptop (rtx2060/i5-9300h) while gaming with laptops, built-in fans at 100%, shows the temp until I turn the cooler down to low first and then wait about 30-60 seconds to switch To see if the temperature changes, shift to medium speed and then to high. I marked each point on the chart where each speed was activated.
