Like:* Good size for me: large enough for a phone, glasses, keys, etc. easily accessible pockets; comfortable as a shoulder bag; small enough to fit in a [large] large bag. * Wallet pocket so I don't have to carry my wallet * Wallet pocket opens with two zippers on all three sides for easy access to things. *Soft leather (which doesn't smell, although other reviews said it smells) *Gray is a good neutral color for the range of clothes I wear *Adjustable strap length Dislikes: *Seaming in purse compartment is torn and threads are sticking out *Straps too tight and cuts my shoulder * The zipper on the back pocket with two vertical seams is set so low that it can be difficult to remove the zipper puller * The front zippered pocket on the wallet pocket is very shallow. I have a surgical mask there for emergencies, but other than that it's completely useless to me. * The website is confusing. More clarity is needed regarding the different styles and colors available in each style. It's all too easy to order a bag in the color you want that doesn't have the features you want. UPDATE: I love this bag so much I ordered a similar "French Kiss" in red, thinking it would be scarlet like the picture. (Accordian doesn't come in red.) The French Kiss that arrived is a matte maroon, not as purple as the photos I've added. So I returned it. It's sad because the "French kiss" style would suit me and it's nice soft leather, like my accordian bag. I'm also annoyed that it cost me almost $5 to ship back and also had to pack my bag and go to the UPS store to fix the seller's mistake. I would post this as a review of the red "French Kiss". bag, but every time I click write a review for this order, this review of the gray "Accordian" bag pops up. It annoys me too.
