Review on 🌬️ VIVOSUN 6 Inch 440 CFM Inline Duct Fan with 6"x18" Carbon Filter for Odor Control - Premium Australia Virgin Charcoal Included by Charles Baker

Received the fan and canister and am pleased with the build quality and performance. Happy with my purchase. However after 7 months the fan started to grind and rattle (still runs but very noisy), it looks like the bearings have failed. However, I contacted the company with the issue and they responded and found a great solution within a week (after some communication and video transmission of the issue). Due to the size of the device, it made no sense for the seller or me to send it back by post. They offered to refund the cost of the fan portion of the kit and did not ask for the original unit to be returned. In my opinion I received a good service and I am satisfied with the solution. So why four stars? Well I was happy with the unit prior to the alleged stock issue and had a good experience with customer service. So I trust VIVOSUN as there may be defective products.
