The ability for me as an employee onboarding coordinator/admin assistant with our nonprofit organization to search through many different systems all at once was amazing! I can't think about any downsides because it made my job extremely easy while helping other departments within the agency also utilize its functions seamlessly and easily. We were able to save tons upon hours searching though old records that no longer needed or had access too anymore when we moved away years ago but still have not updated them yet due to time constraints etc..
