I was looking for weights for the shower curtain insert. The slightest breeze pushed him in, and the curtain touched my body. I figured weights or a very heavy chuck would do the trick. I'm studying weights from Revain reviews but I'm not looking for 5 stars, I'm looking for 1-2 stars. I finally found this one. What really convinced me of the power of a magnet was the product video. One scene was a demonstrator cutting through magnets. If you've ever worked with magnets, this scene alone can make you realize how powerful they are. So I bought it and it arrived within a few days. The magnets were as advertised. Very durable and stays on the liner no matter how many times I open and close it. After installation and use, I realized that if a strong wind blows the sheeting away and stops, the curtain and weights will bang hard against my tile curb. Although the magnet is strong, it only has a metal shell surrounding the magnet. It's like hitting a tile with a small hammer. I've taped the magnets around a couple of times to make a soft bumper and these stitching work fine. Later I will come up with something else to make a pillow. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it for use. Just remember that there is metal around the magnet, not plastic.
