For sizing reference, I originally bought the 16th Regular and the 20th Husky. I ended up sending back the 20th Husky I ordered as it was bigger than I needed and just popped it into the regular 16th (which I tried on just to see the size difference but was surprised it was fits) and ordered 14 regular for baby I originally ordered 16 thinking I would need a size up just in case. The size is true to reality, and there is no need to increase the size. I ordered these for my boys to wear with vests for weddings. Both of my are on the spectrum and have sensory issues with many clothes, but they worked so well. There are no scratch tags inside, the top button has an elastic band to give the baby enough space to prevent the baby from choking, and the fabric is nice and durable. One of my boys got it dirty at dinner and it cleaned up really well. If I never have to order boys shirts again I will definitely buy this brand.
