Size: Neck 16-16.5 inches Narrow sleeve 34 inches Actual measurements: Neck - exact from pit to pit - 22" and minimal taper to waist Collar at top front down - 28". Top edge of collar from back to bottom is 31.5. Sleeves from shoulder seam to bottom - 34.25. Impressions: I don't find it fitted. My neck is 16.5" and I choose usually 16-16.5 This shirt fits as it should with some room but not tight so if you are in the 16-16.5 range and have a 34" sleeve there is no need to worry about that it doesn't fit. Focus on actual measurements and everything will be fine. Good shirt. I don't consider this a shirt, mainly because of the button down collar, but it's fine for a business casual or an evening. I recommend it. Hooray!
