Easy to assemble the stand and connect to my laptop via HDMI. I can't call this component glare-free; As far as I can tell, it's no different than the 32-inch TV I've used before. Although this is not a problem. Two things are a very big problem: 1. If electronic devices ever needed a remote control, this is it! Menu navigation is tedious and unnecessarily complicated because: 2. The control buttons are located in the bottom right corner INSIDE the right corner and aren't even marked as working! I knew this when I bought it and it seemed dubious at the time, but I figured I'd move on. I'm not sure I would have done this knowing what I know now, although I figured it out thanks to the HP help site and patience. So I leave it to myself. After all, there was no instruction manual - none - but I was able to download it from the same site. It looks great, works great, with good image quality and clarity, but it's hard to program. That won't happen with the remote control, and it won't be enough for the university. Just for your information. . .
