Case with inferior pads
I really liked the quality of the case and zipper - they keep your DVDs or CDs intact. However, the "pads" that your drives slide into are pretty cheap. My new case had two broken "pads" (the disc had slid right out of the bottom). I secured them with tape so it's no big deal just expect the new product won't break.
