For a while now we have had a 12V adapter with 2 USB charging ports that interrupt the 12V socket for other purposes. This sleek looking unit offers a lot more versatility as you still have 2 12v sockets that also light up when in use and there is a button to turn the sockets on and off. In addition to the usual USB ports, it also has a Type-C charging port. It rotates and shows the battery level of our 12V system. We live in an RV all the time and are disconnected most of the time so it helps us keep all our gizmos charged. I'm glad we bought this.
