Prepare to be disappointed. There is no way to adjust the picture or sound quality. For example: Would you like more color or a different tone? Too bad. You won't get it with that. Tiny sound? And the! There is also no way to fix this. And forget about adding a Bose speaker. Once you add a speaker, the TV speaker becomes unbearably harsh, requiring you to either mute the TV and adjust the volume with the Bose remote, or turn off the Bose to get better but quieter sound than the Bose. I thought TVs were getting better and the cost was down but I think I had to spend a lot more to get the adjustment. My old LG TV was much better but it broke so I decided to get another LG. Big mistake.
