When I buy memory I try to buy Corsair whenever I can as it is a well known/reliable brand. I used to take risks with unknown companies with mixed results and now I'm sticking with a brand that has never given me any problems. When I bought this the price was totally reasonable for the amount of storage you got although it's a little higher now for some reason but it's still a lot. If you want to increase the amount of memory in your computer, this is a good way, don't fall for the useless heat spreaders and fancy colors that some companies use for their RAM, it's useless. All you need is a quality brand making a quality product and this memory will do well either way!
