***UpdatedUpon opening the package, there was no assembly manual. It was taped in such a way that there was tape inside which caused all the labeled bags to open, so that it wasn't clear which parts belong to which labeled bag. I was able to build it without the manual. It seems pretty sturdy, and I love how much space it gives my closet. However, if someone else whose not handy or puzzle minded had tried to build it, it would have been impossible. My husband (who is not at all handy) tried and got nowhere. Hopefully my experience around the packaging was just a fluke. I've raised the rating as I really do like this, and know its really gonna serve me and my closeting needs!
