The ability to use an easy-to understand interface, which can be used by anyone in any level of expertise without needing IT support is amazing! There are no cons really as far as I know - it's just what you'd expect from such good software that has been around for so many years now (since 2007)!! As simple or complex your requirements may seem at first sight there will always remain some challenges somewhere along the way but they do provide great customer service if needed via chat/email etc. We have had several issues with our old ticketing system where tickets would get lost within days after being created due to lack of security measures taken during transfer process between systems. With action desk we were able manage all this stuff very easily & effectively allowing us access back into previous tasks even when offline.
