It's very easy to use and navigate. The customer support team is amazing! They are always willing to go above and beyond to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have. I love how it is updated frequently and has all of my information stored in one place. I wish there was an option to create a schedule for the day instead of having to click through each shift and then manually add them. This would save time. I also wish it had an option to make sure that everything is correct before going live. It will take some getting used to but once you do this is a great way to keep track of your schedule. We needed a centralized system to keep track of our schedule as well as our inventory. We are able to see at a glance what we need to order and when it is due.
