Love this toner! I gave up traditional tonics. It's moisturizing, has a "thick water" consistency, smells great with a subtle herbal scent, takes time to sink in, but I still like to rub it in thoroughly. I only use hands: 2 presses on the face, 1 on the neck, 1 on the upper chest below the neck. It immediately smooths out the wrinkles that form in the upper chest (I'm 45 years old). I also like it as a first step after cleansing my face. I apply it all over my face including the upper and lower eye area. Not only does it feel good, but it gives me time to continue my other skincare steps with serums etc before I'm ready to apply creamy moisturizers all over my face including the eye area. It keeps the eye area moist while I apply acid or niacinimide serums to the rest of my face.
