Purchased as a gift to a friend in June 2020. When my friend opened the box we were pleasantly surprised to find a carry case and lint free pouch inside. cleaning cloth. It is now July 2020. She told me that the vibrations are very relaxing. She used to use it to relieve stress and tension by putting a 3D roller on her scalp and neck. She swears it works for her. The more I think about it, the more I want to try it on my neck and scalp. I bought mine in July. Arrived today 07/17/2020. Both massagers are powered by a single AA battery. The battery did NOT fit the 3D roller massager. The battery fits on the T-shaped massager. The travel bag that came with it was too small. It is only suitable for T-shape massager. This travel bag should be big enough to hold BOTH massagers. I returned it the same day I received it. I was very disappointed.
