Before buying I decided to try Pyle Bluetooth HRM with watch. Unfortunately for Pyle (and Wooth, who I ordered it from), the watch arrived non-working, and Fury didn't have interchangeable models. Luckily for Polar, a friend of mine who runs marathons recommended it to me, so I bought it instead. I've noticed that my phone doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity, but this isn't advertised as a feature either. It was not necessary. If that were the case I would try to buy another Pyle from Revane. Although the Pyle watch didn't work, I was blown away by the difficulty of setting it up at the time and was pleasantly surprised to find that the Polar worked great right out of the box and took very little time to set up. The settings were very easy to navigate and change. This is a plus in my opinion. I might switch to something with Bluetooth over time, but for now this fully meets my needs without any fuss. The watch fits comfortably, as does the chest strap, which is easy to clean after use. (Just rinse with water and hang to dry.) The last thing I want to mention is the packaging that the HRM/watch comes in. Rarely have I seen packaging that is so easy to open. You just flip it over and open it below where the tab says "Open Here". Just as!
