Just as good as paper screen protectors
I've tried several matte screen protectors to add texture to the screen and enhance my Apple Pencil drawing and this one does the trick. The previous ones either wobbled the diagonal line or missed frequent touches due to thickness, but there were no problems with that. The texture can be painted on just as comfortably as the specially made screen protectors. I will say I messed up the first app (dust spec in the middle) so I had to scrap it and try again so it's nice that it has 3 in it. Some protectors come with small stickers to create a door hinge to line them up easily, but I just used duct tape to do the same with this one.
