Charged device says plugged into low power outlet

I connected my phone and Fire to the hub and they said they were using low powered chargers and would not charge when in use. Even if you leave it on for a few hours, long enough to get a full charge from the wall, they won't charge properly. As a result, it takes half a day to fully charge. This is fine for overnight charging, but not if you need a full charge in a couple of hours.

Pros

18 month warranty. If you encounter any problem when using this USB 3.0 hub, you can get a new replacement for free.
