I like this cover. I got it for going to the pool and lake in my bathing suit. It's a little big, but the cloak should be a little big. If you're between sizes I'd say go down and you'll be fine. I'm 5ft 4" and it's a little above my knees so the length is great. I bought the sage green and it's really pretty and just a little see-through. Very convenient. You can wear it fully buttoned. Leave some buttons undone for more coverage or for less. I've washed it twice already but haven't noticed much shrinkage. Would recommend.
