The ability to have employees submit their time in easily with little training; having supervisors approve/disapprove it makes payroll much easier! Sometimes if you don't get enough staff members to fill out timesheets sometimes they disappear or are not submitted correctly but that's pretty rare.

I wish we could see when someone was about to be scheduled so we can make sure there aren't too many people signed up at one time. It has helped us keep track of our hours more efficiently than what we were doing before. We also use this to determine paychecks as well.
