📻 2021 Upgraded Retro Portable Transistor Radio with AM FM Shortwave, Enhanced Bass & Multiple Power Sources Review

The old-school styled exterior complements my living room perfectly. Bluetooth connects quickly. However, the set radio reception is weak and generates annoying noise.

My mum loves it and my nephew is happy that it can be charged like a cell phone without having to buy batteries and can also play music to her via Bluetooth. The sound is only good when using internal or external batteries, it doesn't sound good with electricity.

Beautiful retro radio with AM/FM and Bluetooth. I particularly liked how easy it was to connect Bluetooth. Aerial reception was good. Works great on both mains power and D batteries. Sound is as good as a radio for the price. The only small issue is the sensitivity of the volume level in the lower part of the range.

For the price this is a great solution. I live in a log cabin and used to get about a dozen FM radio stations right out of the box. The sound is loud enough and the three-band power is amazing. Just keep this in mind if your internet or electricity goes out for a long time and you don't have a TV or satellite radio; this solves this problem.

A little bigger than I thought, but the size probably contributes to a really good sound. The station selector holds the stations very well, and the battery will probably last a few hours (I use it occasionally so I don't know how long it lasts per use). Very good radio. Looks great, sound quality is perfect, can be very loud, which is good, but the sound controls are too sensitive (a little touch and the sounds get very loud). I also thought that apart from changing songs, you could also use the remote to change radio stations when your phone is connected via Bluetooth. So that's the only thing I really regret. I chose this particular radio because I thought it was a universal remote. But overall great stuff!

First of all I love that it looks like an old radio, even my kid wants one. Second, it uses 3 power supplies. Can be plugged in, built-in battery (lasts a long time if only by radio) and uses D batteries, I think it's cool. It's amazing to be able to use an SD card or USB stick. I loaded one with vintage jazz to match the look of the radio. I don't like the volume control, it doesn't work very well at very low volume, but it's not the end of the world. Maybe I'll buy some as gifts for friends…

I've only had the product for a few weeks. My biggest complaint, of course, is the volume control. I love listening to the radio all night while I sleep, but I lack precise volume control.
