Excellent sound, normal size, solid construction.
A little bigger than I thought, but the size probably contributes to a really good sound. The station selector holds the stations very well, and the battery will probably last a few hours (I use it occasionally so I don't know how long it lasts per use). So, the sound is great, the size is a little big, it seems solidly built, C OR backup battery (forgot which). I don't know what radio purity is, your guess
