Review on 🏊 Enhance Your Performance with the Synergy Swim Buoy: Ideal for Triathlon and Open Water Swimming by Chris Shepherd

Satisfied at first, but this buoy is rubbish

I liked the 28 liter bag at first. I swim twice a week in fresh and salt water in the Seattle area and the valves on the bag are good. I understand this is a way to make inflation easy and big enough to be gripped with cold hands. The transparent plastic window looked like a gimmick and quickly turned out to be the weak point of the bag. First, even if you want to put your phone in, it's too narrow a hole for a phone with a cover, and if you're wearing insulating gloves, you'll have to take them off to use it. After 2 1/2 months of use, the clear plastic tore at the seam with the pocket and caused a significant leak through my clothing hidden inside. The only saving grace is that since he has double bladders, he drowned not a mile from my entry point. I would not recommend this product to anyone who really wants something permanent. I have other Synergy open water swimming products and am happy with them, so I really think this is just a bad product.

Pros
  • Working without hands
Cons
  • Very expensive
