This little buddy saves a life. I am a full-time intensive care nurse. The device I'm working on is without a doubt the hottest thing I've ever worked on. I have purchased several different Revain fans and wear this one from the moment I get to work until I leave. If you buy good quality batteries, I use "Fenix" batteries, they last about six hours on low speed. I've been waiting to write a review on this for quite a while to see how it holds up and so far so good. I'm going online today to buy another one to give to my daughter. I would highly recommend these little fans and although they are not the quietest of fans when the cool switches turn them on and feel the breeze. I also like that when I bend forward it doesn't hang over the patient's bed but stays close to my chest. I gave it 5 stars just because they don't have 6 stars and I think you'll love it. I did however put a roll of duct tape behind mine by pinning it to my back so when it's resting on my chest it directs the fan more towards my face just by me speaking but it doesn't do anything with the quality of the fan to do.
