Great Learning Tool Used To Train New Users

I love how it can be embedded into our intranet and used as a tool to teach new users or reinforce old ones. It is not very easy to use at first, but once you get used to it, it's great. We've been using this for several years now and have had no issues with the software.
The only thing I dislike about it is that sometimes it takes awhile to load up if you are doing any searching that involves many pages of results. If you're looking for something to help train your end users on how to navigate SharePoint, this is a good option. It has helped us solve some problems by giving them in-context help when they need it.
