VisualSP Review

I like how easy it is to use, no need of any additional software or hardware configuration required in order to run this product. It's very simple as well which makes learning process easier than usual. I like that my trainer can customize her courses to fit our specific needs. It's easy enough for employees with little IT experience (or no) to understand how this product works. You have many choices of video sizes, which is helpful in determining whether your course will be too big or small for an individual viewer. I love how it can be embedded into our intranet and used as a tool to teach new users or reinforce old ones. It is not very easy to use at first, but once you get used to it, it's great. We've been using this for several years now and have had no issues with the software. The only thing I dislike about it is that sometimes it takes awhile to load up if you are doing any searching that involves many pages of results. It is very easy to use, it has excellent customer service support with quick response time (even at night), and provides great value in terms of price vs features. I have used other providers but nothing comes close to visualsp's combination of quality/price ratio!
