Good, but not the holy grail
As a fairly seasoned makeup enthusiast, I can say that this elf foundation is definitely underrated. Makes my shadows look very vibrant compared to no primer. However, I have found that it dries quickly and I can have the same experience with concealer applied to my eyes.
