Goes perfectly with Velma's costume
I ordered size 5 for my petite 7 year old girl for Velma's costume skirt. It has adjustable pull tabs at the waist so I pull it on a bit and it's perfect. Has built in shorts for privacy which is great. She will be able to wear it as a regular skirt after Halloween too.

- Size smaller, does not stretch
Cons
- I bought 14 for my daughter... She is 14 years old, 5'4", 120lbs and this skirt is too tight for her.
