I ordered 10 because it's supposed to be the 'right size' and I usually wear an 8 to 10 depending on the brand and it doesn't fit my hips, it doesn't stretch at all.

I love how easy this skirt is to care for...no iron needed! My daughter doesn't find it as comfortable as some of her other skirts. Maybe she just has to grow up with it. I have to pull it down a bit to make it stay, which makes it bunch up at the back.

In my opinion the waist could be narrower. the material was also a little uncomfortable and the color was a little different. it's navy blue, not navy blue

The product arrived very crumpled and I can't smooth out the creases in this thick polyester fabric. also features a wide waistband. So if your daughter has a butt at all, this skirt design will give her a mega bubble butt that peeks out from behind. I would have returned but my daughter tore off all the labels.
