It didn't work for us at all
It didn't work for us at all; moved a little slowly (and inconsistently) when we first turned it on, then after about 5 minutes the movements became really shaky and shaky (BB8 only pushed forward every now and then). Finally, after about 7 minutes, it just stopped responding. We followed the instructions on T but couldn't get it to work. The next day I tried again - it just turned on and didn't move. Gave a third day with the same results. Finally I just returned it and got a Sphero instead which works much better.
