I like that it has an easy to use interface, which makes training easier for new employees who are not familiar with other systems or software applications. It also allows you to create custom fields and reports in order to make your own customized views of what's happening within your property. There isn't much to dislike about this program. We've been able to streamline our daily operations by using different aspects of it. The ability to track employee attendance, manage reservations/bookings, keep up with maintenance requests, and more.
