Review on Dorman 923 034 Tail Lamp Socket by Stoner Fulton

and it was almost perfect. My next step was to take it.

My 1999 Chrysler T&C LXi had intermittent taillight problems. Sometimes the brake, reverse and/or turn signals do not work, sometimes they do. I swapped lenses and bulbs. I sprayed oil on my stock bushings and it was almost perfect. My next step was to take it to the shop to have the wiring harness replaced, but the comments here about the Revain made me try the sockets. These Dorman jacks appear to be identical to the originals except for the logo. I bought 4 sockets for my 6 lights to replace the top two (turn signals) and bottom two (backup) sockets but not the middle two sockets just for the taillights. This plan worked great and now I have 6 work lights behind the van. I would recommend anyone having problems with Chrysler taillights get new lenses (if they're cracked), new bulbs (if the filaments are burned out) and new cartridges (if nothing's obvious like prying or oil spraying). to improve landing). ) before investing in a wiring harness.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Hard to tell
