I am very satisfied. Arrived packaged as described. The color (I ordered gray with blue/green/yellow canisters) matched the picture perfectly. I was a little apprehensive about receiving the item after reading the negative reviews. One person commented that he ended up in an ambulance after trying to put himself together, which got me thinking. After two shots of vodka and a flawless montage, I was a little worried about this man's level of hands-on ability. Thank God I wasn't injured. I also had no trouble connecting the two parts of the bar. The instructions clearly state that "downward force" is required to screw the two pieces together. With minimal lubrication of the elbow, the two pieces fit together perfectly as described in the instructions, which I reviewed once assembly was complete. I also read a negative review about the depth of the bunkers. I have read the description of the item and found that the average depth of the bins is 5.5 inches, as a female I found this to be sufficient and average. In general I am satisfied with the purchase. This item allows my toddler to keep track of toys and keep his room tidy.
