I'm 5ft 10" and 160 with a 30" waist and ordered the larger ones. Please note that these shorts are shorter than stated in the description. However, I was satisfied even though they are shorter. The first time I wore them to the gym I was wondering if they were too short or not. They really make you look sexier than you might want because of the pocket being in, they are a bit fit and shorter than advertised but at the same time it was nice to be seen more than usual. Being shorter actually helped with training as you don't feel that pressure on the front of your thighs due to the longer shorts. My buddy said he saw some guys checking me out and I didn't mind.
