A CD for software installation is included in the scope of delivery. You read that right. It's not plug-n-play like every other device in the world. The problem is what they sell people, 99% of us have computers that don't come with CD drives anymore. The poorly written instructions state that if you can't use the CD to download the link from their email, you won't get their email address. Sites are also not mentioned. The only way around this is to contact the seller through Revain and hope they reply. That's too much work for something that should already have software installed on the device. Another complaint I have is that the lettering is too light. There's a button on the back with a little sun icon that looks like it's supposed to change the brightness level, but it doesn't. It just scrolls through all the standard text on the tag. I do not recommend anyone to do this.
