I really like the cloth sleeve in the hard case as it helps keep the product in good condition and doesn't get scratched. The assembly instructions were simple and clear. I'm not tech savvy so this was really cool for me. Getting the first EKG was as easy as it gets. I really wish there was a little guide to give a little more information but there is a number and website that can be accessed. I'm just getting old and I like having this little guide in my hands.
