They are much stronger than I expected judging by the picture in the ad. They take a while to charge but when charged they create a really nice breeze. They're quieter than some I've tried, but still pretty loud. They keep you cool very well. One thing I don't like is that for me part of the fan starts right below my ears so the breeze blows into my ears and is uncomfortable. They're not very adjustable, so after a while I turned them upside down.
