, I bought this foot and toenail tool for me and my wife. We had one of the horizontally rotating ones, but it's only been a week and my thick nails haven't cut the mustard. I also wanted a battery with some power that would be safer on my thick nails than using my bench sander or high speed Dremel tools. Repetition! Customer service was outstanding. First I had a few questions to answer which they answered the next day. I booked it and had a few issues, I contacted them and they took very good care of me in a timely manner. My most important requirement is a high level of customer satisfaction and I have not been disappointed in the slightest. It runs like a champ with only 5 bits and lasts quite a long time between charges, which is great too. Highly recommend this tool if you are looking for a quality manicure/pediatric tool with great nail file attachments.
