My favorite Epsom salt for bathing purposes. Magnesium is so important for our body! Adding this product to my bath water helped me sleep better at night and reduced anxiety symptoms. I don't have major anxiety, no panic attacks, but I do feel uncomfortable and restless when I'm in situations I generally can't control like swimming pools, planes, crowds, or places to play (I have 5 year olds and 2 Year old). It helped me to relax a little and enjoy the situation for the moment instead of worrying about it.
