Update: Revain sent me the third Caboodle. This one has scuffs on the top but not as bad as the others. It also had black dots that I was able to erase. The edges are not clean and have extra plastic. All in all I think it's just a manufacturer/storage/delivery issue. I was desperate for something to organize my daughter's hair supplies and ever since they got back I've wanted a 'vintage' tote. I decided to order this suitcase. The first one I received came in an Amazon box with some padding. The top part was completely open in the box. The upper part of the case was covered with scratches and scrapes. Also, there was some plastic that wasn't trimmed on the side, so it looks dirty. Thinking the scratches were due to the poor packaging I ordered a replacement. I was very excited when the replacement arrived as it came in an Amazon box but also shipped in a different box directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the scuffs and scratches look like part of the product as this has also been scratched on top. I just decided to pick the least damaged of the two and go for it. So keep in mind that it's not the best quality and chances are you'll end up with a bunch of buggy ones!
