We bought this item in an open pack hoping to save money for another expensive baby product. The bouncer arrived safely but without instructions. We assembled a sun lounger from what we had and put our child in it assuming everything was fine. Our baby immediately rolled over and collapsed (as you can see in the video we filmed the first time she was in). There's obviously panic in my voice, but thank God he's okay. We quickly discovered that the package was missing the main bolts that attach the rocker to the frame. After the initial shock I was so concerned that the item might have been shipped without the main parts, with or without the box opened. We didn't pay for defective or dangerous goods, but that's what we got.
