I've owned this printer for over 2 years and most of the time it doesn't work. The printheads are just a consumable item in it. If he even stands a little without work, you can order new ones. And this applies not only to this model, but apparently to the entire line of devices with wi-fi from hp (because a friend had the same problem on another model) The application on the phone works and you can print from it. But only from one phone. For some unknown reason, the printer itself decides which phone it wants to work with. And every time he starts running around and trying to find out from which phone he now wants to accept the request, mine or his wife. And if the first problem is specific to the model, then the second for me personally puts an end to all products from hp. The problem has existed for several years and apparently they are not going to edit it.
