I have bought more than 8 of these sets and have played musicals, theatrical performances etc in 1080p and 4k. I spend more on it because of the improved copy speed. I use a USB hub to bulk copy files. There are special photocopiers, but they're expensive and I don't go to the show very often. Be sure to format them to EXFAT when sharing files larger than 4 gigabytes. Some TVs play videos right away when you plug them in, but I've had mixed results. I think they should be in FAT32, so older TVs can recognize them, which means video files must be smaller than 4 gigabytes. We formatted them in EXFAT and connect them directly to MP3 players with no problem. Screenshots from my Mac show a Blackmagic video speed test. I used to buy SD cards for distribution as they tend to be faster, but unfortunately not everyone has an SD card reader.
