Review on Cuisipro 6-Sided Box Grater with Ginger Grater Bonus by Joe Vazquez

I'm very impressed! The side of the slicer went very easily through the raw purple potato with the skin on. However, when I run my finger over the same blade, there's no indication of meat-slicing ability. However, I recommend the greatest possible care. I wanted one instrument to serve as both a grater and a mandolin to save space. Although not regulated, it suits my needs well. The Extra Ginger Grater snaps securely into place, holding the grist in place until needed. The construction looks solid. It didn't wobble at all when rubbed. The combination of firmness and spiciness allowed me to finish the potatoes - no waste! I can't wait to use it for more products. :)
